1. Domain Registrations & Renewals

Domain name registrations, renewals, and redemption/restore fees are generally non-refundable. Once a domain is registered or renewed with the registry, the charge cannot be reversed, because the registry fee is incurred immediately and is non-recoverable.

2. Domain Transfers

Transfer fees (which typically include a one-year extension) are non-refundable once the transfer process has been initiated.

3. Accidental or Duplicate Orders

If you are charged in error (for example a duplicate payment) or an order fails to provision, contact us within [N] days and we will investigate and refund any amount not yet committed to a registry.

4. Add-on Services

Eligibility for refunds on add-on services (such as ID protection) will be assessed case by case, where the service has not yet been activated or consumed.
