2. Domain Registrations

All domain registrations are subject to the policies of the relevant registry and to ICANN requirements (where applicable). You agree to provide and maintain accurate, current and complete registrant contact information. Inaccurate information may result in suspension or cancellation of the domain.

3. Renewals & Expiration

  • Domains are registered for the term selected at checkout and must be renewed to remain active.
  • If auto-renew is enabled, we will attempt to renew the domain and charge your payment method before expiry.
  • Expired domains may enter a redemption or pending-delete period during which restoration fees may apply.

4. Transfers

Inbound and outbound transfers follow registry/ICANN transfer policies, including the 60-day transfer lock after registration or a prior transfer. You are responsible for unlocking the domain and providing a valid authorization (EPP) code where required.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown at checkout and may vary by extension and registry. Fees are payable in advance. Taxes may apply based on your location. We may change pricing for future terms with notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use any domain or service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or infringing purposes, including spam, phishing, malware distribution, or trademark infringement.

7. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate services for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or as required by a registry, registrar or competent authority.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HostEthical shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of a domain due to expiry, registry action, or inaccurate contact details.
