- Services are delivered online, to the email address on your account and in your dashboard.

1. How services are delivered
When an order is ready we email its details (for example the server address, login and password, or the domain's status) to the email address on your account, and the service appears in your dashboard, where you manage it from then on. Please make sure your account email is correct and check your spam folder if a delivery email doesn't arrive.
2. Delivery timelines

3. When delivery starts
- Delivery starts when your payment is confirmed. Payments made through an online payment gateway are confirmed automatically, usually within seconds.
- Payments made by UPI or bank transfer to our account are confirmed when we match them to your invoice, usually within one business day. Using the invoice number as the payment reference speeds this up.
- We may ask you to verify your identity or payment before delivering an order that our fraud checks flag. Delivery continues once verification is complete.
4. Delays and failed delivery
If a service hasn't been delivered within the times above, open a ticket from your dashboard or email support@hostethical.com or call +91 77951 83045 with your invoice number and we will look into it straight away. If we cannot deliver a service you have paid for, you get a full refund of that item under our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
5. Where we deliver
Our services are delivered over the internet and can be ordered from anywhere, subject to our Terms of service, registry rules for the domain extension you choose and applicable law. Prices are shown in Indian rupees by default; you can choose another currency at checkout.
